The MLS data entry people are earning their money now, with 16 new listings, all for homes except 160 acres of land on Raintree Rd.  Five listings dropped their prices by  $8,0000-20,000. Quesnel first quarter stats are out

While I am not a big fan of first quarter stats, just because the volume is low, our market is a bit of a mixed bag. Homes under  1acre saw an increase in both number of listings and sales, acreages remained pretty consistent on both.  The listings are coming up so stay tuned.
