A day late, but here is the weekly update including yesterday. There were 8 new listings, 5 homes and 3 lots, while there was one sale reported. There were four price changes, all drops including one on Tindale Road for $30,000. The calls are starting with people getting an idea of what their homes are worth and what needs to be done before they go on the market. If you are thinking about selling your home this spring, start getting it ready by removing the clutter beginning with your closets and storage areas, then working your way to the living spaces. Doing those things now will make it easier when the time comes.
